so I have a dual citizenship, might as well get a sri lankan passport. heh. that is no easy feat. They were soo not helpful! there they were, with new passports arriving. and he’d say the number for the person (only in sinhala, which was annoying for me as I can’t count in sinhala, and also for the tamil/english speaking people in the room. SL has three languages! a government office should speak all three!)
anywho, so he’d read the number, hang around, not do much, chat to some people, then read the next number. I mean, HURRY UP! rawr. mum and I were getting annoyed. well, mum more, I was just playing tetris on my phone. I did try to get a photo of the guy when he walked away and was chatting to the other workers for a while, while we all could see. Yea, sure, go talk, but don’t be so blatant about it while we are waiting! that’s an easy way to aggrevate everyone!
